  The transposition of the European directive of May, 21st 2013 is now effective through the publication of the order 2015-1033 in the Official Journal on August, 21st 2015.

  CEER Position Paper on well-functioning retail energy markets aims to increase the level of sophistication in the understanding of retail markets and intends to develop a roadmap to deliver well-functioning retail energy markets to the benefit of consumers by 2025.

• 11th Consumer Scoreboard - 2015

  
  

  2015 Consumer Scoreboard recognises that ADR methods are knowledged by all as the easy, fast and inexpensive way to solve problems. Consumers are the most likely to express satisfaction with how their complaints have been handled by ADR bodies (68%), followed by retailers or service providers (61%), manufactures and public authorities (both 59%) while courts record a lower level of satisfaction (45%).
